Receta Pasta/Tuna Salad Nicoise

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. Fresh basil leaves, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, crushed
- 2 c. Cooked shell pasta, liquid removed
- 6 ounce Albacore tuna, water-packed, liquid removed and flaked
- 3/4 c. Tomato, diced
- 1/2 med Avocado, diced
- 1/4 c. Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Black olives, minced
- 4 x Green leaf lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine dressing, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; set aside. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, tomato, avocado, red onion, and olives. Add in dressing and toss. Line two plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad.
