- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr, (or possibly more , according to taste)
- 2 pkt TVP Chunks* or possibly, (4 1/2 oz)
- 4 x Vegetable burgers, crumbled
- 1Â 1/2 c. Vegetable stock or possibly water, (3/4 when using vegetable burgers)
- 1 can Tomatoes, (16 oz) minced, liquid reserved
- 1 can Red kidney beans, (16 oz) don't drain
- 2 x Mexican green chilis in brine, liquid removed, minced (optional)
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper, to taste

- The best chili you'll get this side of Tijuana! This is one of our favorite vegetarian recipes. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or possibly an avocado salad. 6 Servings Heat oil in large saucepan. Add in onion, saute/fry till golden.
