Ingredientes
- 1/3 lb snow peas trimmed, and
- Â Â strings removed
- 1/3 lb green beans cut 2" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 pkt sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon
Direcciones
- Cook green beans in a large pot of lightly salted water 3 to 4 min, till crisp-tender. Add in snow peas during the last minute of cooking time. Drain and return to pot.
- Fold in oil, vinegar, salt, sugar substitute and tarragon. Toss to coat vegetables proportionately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
