Receta Peach And Apple Salsa

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Ripe but hard peaches
- 1 sm Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, minced
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 3Â 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Bring medium saucepan of water to boil over high heat. Add in peaches; cook 30 seconds. Using slotted spoon, transfer peaches to bowl of cool water. Drain peaches. Peel and chop coarsely. Place peaches in large bowl. Fold in all other ingredients. (Can be made 4 hrs ahead. Cover and chill.)
