Receta Peach Custard Dessert

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1 can (16 ounces)sliced peaches,
- 2 sm Peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 x Egg

- Ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix baking mix, lowfat milk, 3 Tbsp. sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top.
- Mix 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix lowfat sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.
- Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- Serve hot and, if you like, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cold Whip.)
