Receta Peach Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless center cut pork chops 3/8-inch thick
- 16 ounce canned peaches in juice or possibly extra light
- Â Â syrup don't drain
- Â Â Or possibly fresh peaches and juice see variation
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. peach preserves
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Stir together peaches, Worcestershire sauce, peach preserves and mustard in medium bowl. Set aside. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle chops with pepper and add in to skillet. Brown on one side for 4 min; turn. Add in peach mix, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5 min. Serve with peaches and sauce.
- Variation: If you like, use fresh peaches and 1/2 c. apple or possibly orange juice.
