Ingredientes
- 1 peach, mashed
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 pkg. sugar free lemon Jello
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of nutmeg
- 6 c. sliced peaches
Direcciones
- Mix peach, sugar, water, and cornstarch; cook till thickened. Add in Jello, vanilla, and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in peaches. Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell. May serve with Cold Whip or possibly ice lowfat milk.
- Exchange: 1/6 pie = 1 starch, 1 fruit and 1 fat (1 tsp. sugar).
