Ingredientes
- 1 lrg orange
- 1Â 1/2 quart diced peaches
- Â Â juice from 2 lemons
- 1 c. maraschino cherries, minced
- 6 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Grate orange peel, dice orange fruit. Combine with peaches lemon juice, cheries and sugar in large saucepan. cook till desired consistency.
- Ladle into sterilized warm jars to within 1/8 inch of jar top. Wipe jar rim; adjust lids. process in boiling water bath 5 min. Remove from canner and complete seals.
- Makes 3 1/2 pints.
