Receta peach raspberry blackberry pie
Ingredientes
- 1 16 oz bag frozen peaches
- 1 12 oz bag frozen raspberries
- 1 12 oz bag frozen blackberries
- thaw and drain - blot dry with paper towel
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 batch all butter pie crust (recipe below)
- egg wash (1 egg and 1 tablespoon water)
- sugar to sprinkle on top
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (8 ounces, 16 tablespoons or 1 cup) unsalted butter, very cold
