- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk

- For dough, sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Stir in lowfat milk. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick. Pat into 8 inch baking dish, allowing some of dough to hang over edge.
