  1. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar till crumbly. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of mix; spread remainder in bottom of pie crust. Mix flour, sugar, salt, lowfat milk, and egg yolks in a saucepan and cook stirring constantly, till it comes to a rolling boil. Remove filling from heat and add in butter and vanilla. Arrange banana slices over peanut butter mix. Pour filling oven bananas and let cold. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Whip cream and spread over filling. Sprinkle reserves peanut butter crumbs on top.
