Receta Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/4 c. Chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- Â Â Grated chocolate or possibly chocolate cookie crumbs optional
Direcciones
- 1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for10 min; cold.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla till smooth.
- 3. Mix in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust.
- 4. Sprinkle with chocolate or possibly cookie crumbs if deisred. Chill.
