Receta Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter flavor shortening
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 4 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 1/2 c. minced peanuts
- 1 c. oats (quick)
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine shortening, sugar and peanut butter. Beat medium speed. Beat in egg whites and vanilla.
- In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking pwdr. Mix into creamed mix at low speed till blended.
- Stir in cereal, nuts, oats, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. About 4 dozen cookies.
