Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 24 miniature lowfat milk chocolate covered peanut butter c.
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin c. with paper baking c.. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except peanut butter c. at low speed till moistened; beat 2 min at medium speed. Fill prepared muffin c. 2/3 full. Press a peanut butter c. into batter till top edge is even with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-28 min or possibly till cupcakes spring back when touched lightly. 24 cupcakes.
