Receta Peanut Butter Fondant

Ingredientes
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients till blended. Roll fondant between wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with peanut butter. Roll the mix in a "jelly roll fashion." Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hrs. Cut into slices with serrated knife.
