Receta Peanut Butter, Fruit And Nut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. honey
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. oatmeal, quick
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts, grnd
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. white flour
- 2 level teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients well as they are added in this order. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt and add in to other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigeratein refrigerator, possible overnight. Grease cookie sheets. Roll into balls the size of a walnut, then press with a fork dipped in a glass of water. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Remove from pans and cold on cooling racks.
