Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk solids
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 6 c. Cool water
- 1/3 c. Peanut butter
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk solids and sugar; add in cool water, and shake or possibly beat till smooth. Add in a small amount of mix to peanut butter and mix till smooth. Continue adding lowfat milk till all the mix is used. Refrigeratethoroughly.
- Yield: 6 servings.
