Receta Peanut Butter Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 6 teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Cream peanut butter with butter till smooth. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till blended. Add in to peanut butter mix. Beat well. Add in sifted dry ingredients. Mix just till smooth. Bake in a warm waffle iron following manufacturers instructions. Serve immediately with jelly or possibly syrup.
