Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 x garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 3 x dry red chilies - (to 4) seeded and grnd
- 1/4 c. finely-grnd unsalted roasted peanuts
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir-fry the garlic till fragrant, about 5 min. Add in the curry pwdr, chilies, and peanuts and stir till the mix forms a paste, 10 to 15 min.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cold. Transfer to a jar and chill till ready to use.
- This recipe yields about 1/2 c..
- Yield: 1/2 c.
