Receta Beef Satay With Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Beef rump, round or possibly chuck, sliced 1/4" thick
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 slc Ginger (1/2-inch thick), minced
- 1 x Onion, sliced thin
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. Smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chinese vinegar
- 1/4 c. Sesame oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Chili paste
- 3 Tbsp. Chicken broth or possibly water, up to 4
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and allow to stand several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator. Thread beef onto metal skewers or possibly wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Broil or possibly grill over charcoal to desired doneness. Serve as is or possibly with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
- Peanut Sauce: Blend all ingredients till smooth. Serve as a sauce for meat, chicken or possibly crudites.
