Receta Peanutty Chewy Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs slightly beaten
- 10 ounce Reese's peanut butter chips
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- (not evaporated lowfat milk)
- 1 c. Mounds sweetened coconut flakes
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In large bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in butter; cut in with pastry blender or possibly with hands till mix is well blended, resembling coarse crumbs. Add in Large eggs; mix well. Spoon mix into prepared pan, pressing firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 8 to 10 min or possibly till mix is set. Remove from oven; sprinkle peanut butter chips on top. Drizzle sweetened condensed lowfat milk proportionately over chips; top with coconut. Return to oven; bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till lightly browned on top. Cold completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. About 24 bars.
