- 1 tsp Orange or possibly Lemon rind, , grated
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 c. Mayonnaise, (Hellman's)
- 1 ctn (8-ounce.) Cottage cheese
- Â Â Grapes, (opt.)
- Â Â Salad greens
Direcciones
- Drain pears, reserve 1/4 c. juice. Blend reserved juice, grated rind and lemon juice into Mayonnaise. Arrange pear halves, cottage cheese and grapes on salad greens. Serve dressing on the side.
