Receta Pear And Grappa Sorbet ( Sorbetto Alla Pera E Grappa )

Ingredientes
- 1Â 4/5 kg very ripe Comice or possibly William pears peeled and cored
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 2 x vanilla pods split lengthways
- 150 ml grappa
- 1 x juice of 2 lemons
Direcciones
- Cook the pears in a pan with the sugar vanilla pod and 250ml water till soft.
- Drain.
- Add in the grappa and lemon juice.
- Push through a very fine sieve then let cold.
- Put into an ice cream machine and churn till frzn or possibly freeze in a suitable container
- Serves 10
