Receta Pecan Candy

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Whipping cream
- 1 c. Corn syrup
- 1 pch Salt
- 5 c. Pecans
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, corn syrup & salt in saucepan. Bring mix to a boil. Add in pecans & cook till soft ball stage (225 degrees). Remove from heat & add in soda & vanilla. Beat vigorously till candy begins to cold & thickens. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch pan. When cold, cut into 1-inch squares.
