Receta Pecan Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce.) pkg. corn bread mix
- 1 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 2 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted and quartered
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Prepare and bake the corn bread as the package directs. Cold, then coarsely crumble into a large bowl or possibly baking pan. Saute/fry the celery, onion and olives in butter. Add in the thyme, salt and pecans. Add in to the corn bread mix and toss lightly. Add in the chicken broth, mixing till moistened. Yield: sufficient stuffing for a 12 to 14 lb. turkey.
