Receta Pecan Fudge Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar (3 1/2 to 4 c.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 15 1/2 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Prepare cake following package directions. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.2. For frosting, put together butter, lowfat milk and cocoa in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat till butter is melted. Add in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, stirring till smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour over warm cake. Cool completely. 20 servings.
