Receta Pecan Meringue Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Beat egg whites till frothy; add in salt and cream of tartar. Continue beating till peaks form. Gradually add in sugar beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla; mix in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 min.
