Receta Pecan Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 5 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Sift all the dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks till thick. Combine the beaten yolks with the lowfat milk and melted butter and then add in the dry ingredients. Add in the pecans, mixing only till blended.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff and fold them into the batter. Bake in a warm waffle iron. This recipe serves 4-5.
