Receta Penne With Edible Flowers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Penne
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 1 c. Sun-dry tomatoes, liquid removed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Parsley, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Chives, finely minced
- 6 x Chive blossoms, broken into florets
- 1 c. Assorted flowers, minced, (such as nasturtiums, pansies, dandelions), plus whole for garnish
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, of boiling salted water, add in pasta and cook for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, heat the oil till warm in a small skillet. Add in garlic and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Drain the pasta and put it in a very large bowl. Toss with hot garlic and oil, tomatoes, parsley, chives and minced flowers. Garnish with whole flowers.
