Receta Pepper Pot Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 lb boneless beef bottom round roast cut 1" chunks
- 8 c. water
- 2 lrg onions diced
- 3 x beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 x tomatoes diced
- 1 lrg green bell pepper diced
- 2 x potatoes peeled, diced
- 2 x carrots peeled, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. frzn corn thawed
Direcciones
- Place the beef chunks, water, onions, bouillon cubes, and black pepper in a soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or possibly till the beef is tender.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer, partially covered, for an additional 45 to 50 min, or possibly till the vegetables are tender.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
