Receta Peppermint Candy Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 Packages chocolate chips (6 ounce. each)
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. rice cereal
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 pts. peppermint ice cream
- Crushed peppermint candy
Direcciones
- Heat 1 package chocolate chips with 2 tbsp. butter in saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in cereal and walnuts. Spread over bottom and side of well buttered 9 inch pie plate. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Combine remaining chocolate chips, remaining butter with lowfat milk in small saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly till chocolate melts and sauce is smooth. Cold.
- Spoon ice cream into shell. Drizzle with several spoonfuls of the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with crushed peppermint-stick candy. Cut pie into wedges and serve with remaining chocolate sauce.
