  • 2 Packages chocolate chips (6 ounce. each)
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. rice cereal
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 pts. peppermint ice cream
  • Crushed peppermint candy

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1 package chocolate chips with 2 tbsp. butter in saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in cereal and walnuts. Spread over bottom and side of well buttered 9 inch pie plate. Refrigeratetill hard.
  2. Combine remaining chocolate chips, remaining butter with lowfat milk in small saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly till chocolate melts and sauce is smooth. Cold.
  3. Spoon ice cream into shell. Drizzle with several spoonfuls of the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with crushed peppermint-stick candy. Cut pie into wedges and serve with remaining chocolate sauce.
