Receta Peppermint Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs, plus 1 yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. crushed peppermint stick
- 1 c. walnut meats, cut up
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter (or possibly butter) together. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix. Add in peppermints and nuts. Roll into balls size of a walnut and flatten with bottom of glass that has been dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 min. May frost with frosting made with butter, boiling water and confectioners' sugar.
