Receta Peppermint Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound peppermint stick candy
- 1/2 c. light cream or possibly half and half
- 1/2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter to make crumb crust. Pat into pan. Reserve a few crumbs for topping. Crush peppermint candy and add in light cream. Heat in a double boiler till candy melts. Add in gelatin, softened in 2 Tbsp. cool water. Refrigeratetill partially set. Mix in whipped cream and pour into crust. Sprinkle top with remaining cookie crumbs.
