  • 1 env unflavoured gelatin
  • 1 c. Undiluted Carnation 2% E. lowfat milk
  • 1 can (7.5 ounce) liquid removed flaked salmon
  • 1 pkt Softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. Mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over Carnation in small saucepan; let stand 1- minutes. to soften. Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved; cold. Pour into blender container. Add in salmon, ream cheese, Mayo, lemon juice, onion, parsley and salt. cover and blend till smooth. Pour into 3 c. mold. refrigeratetill hard. Unmold, garnish and serve with crackers.
  2. Makes about 2 1/2cups.
