  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all dry ingredients, cut in butter.
  2. In food processor or possibly blender, process pine nuts, basil & extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add in egg to basil mix. Add in dry ingredients and lowfat milk & stir to combine. With floured hands, knead in cheeses proportionately. Pat out on a baking sheet into a circle, cut into wedges, and bake 20-25 min, till browned. Can press a few whole pine nuts into the tops of the wedges for "effect."
