Receta Pesto Chicken Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 med celery stalk minced
- 1 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. basil pesto
- 1 pkt ready-to-serve pizza crusts, 6" dia (8 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. freshly-shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook celery in oil 4 to 5 min, stirring occasionally, till crisp-tender; reduce heat. Stir in chicken and pesto. Cook, stirring occasionally, till warm.
- Spoon chicken mix onto pizza crusts. Mix cheese and lettuce; sprinkle over chicken mix. Cut each pizza crust in half.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
