,%20and%20unique,%20Gift%20of%20the%20Month%20Clubs%20can%20be%20special%20and%20fun.%20%20I've%20sent%20a%20number%20of%20subscriptions%20over%20the%20years,%20but%20let%20it%20be%20noted%20that%20even%20with%20all%20my%20hints%20I've%20been%20waiting%20to%20be%20a%20surprised%20recipient%20myself%20until%20just%20last%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20luck%20would%20have%20it,%20an%20offer%20to%20review%20ClubsGalore%20(arranged%20by%20Blog%20Meets%20Brand)%20not%20only%20introduced%20me%20to%20a%20new%20(to%20me,%20they've%20been%20around%20since%201996)%20one-stop,%20Gift%20of%20the%20Month%20shop,%20but%20they%20also%20sent%20me%20my%20first%20ever%20gift!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFaced%20with%20a%20decision%20to%20choose%20from%20one%20of%20their%2041%20clubs%20(the%20tequila%20club%20so%20tempted%20me....)%20I%20plowed%20through%20categories%20including%20brownies,%20bath%20and%20body,%20wine,%20tea,%20coffee,%20bacon,%20fruit,%20grilling%20and%20even%20a%20college%20care%20club.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20place%20that%20College%20Care%20Club%20(including%20gift%20cards,%20movie%20sized%20candy%20boxes,%20hot%20chocolate%20packets,%20chips,%20pretzel%20crisps,%20popcorn,%20mac%20n%20cheese,%20assorted%20bars%20and%20trail%20mix,%20and%20a%20box%20of%20tissues)%20into%20my%20cart%20and%20thought%20how%20my%20son%20in%20his%20first%20year%20of%20college%20would%20love%20it,%20but%20my%20perusing%20continued%20until%20I%20stopped%20at%20the%20EVOO%20and%20Vinegar%20of%20the%20Month%20Club.%20%20Now%20as%20good%20mothers,%20we%20try%20to%20be%20selfless%20and%20put%20our%20kids%20first,%20but%20in%20this%20case%20I%20selfishly%20removed%20said%20college%20club%20gift%20and%20replaced%20it%20with%20that%20oil%20and%20vinegar%20club%20as%20a%20gift%20to%20me%20from%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDescribed%20as%20%221%20bottle%20of%20extra%20virgin%20olive%20oil%20and%201%20bottle%20of%20balsamic%20or%20flavor-infused%20vinegar%20each%20month%20-%20200%20to%20375%20ml.%20artfully%20gift%20boxed%22,%20the%20box%20arrived%20on%20my%20doorstep%20just%20days%20later,%20and%20yes,%20it%20was%20beautifully%20wrapped%20with%20a%20bow%20and%20carefully%20packaged,%20and%20included%20a%20card%20with%20my%20name%20on%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPopping%20the%20cork%20on%20the%20Basil-Garlic%20Olive%20Oil,%20the%20aroma%20of%20garlic%20sent%20my%20salivary%20glands%20thinking%20of%20salads%20and%20dipping%20sauces.%20%20Paired%20beautifully%20with%20a%20honey-colored%20bottle%20of%20B.R.%20Chardonnay%20Vinegar,%20the%20gift%20sent%20away%20any%20lingering%20guilt%20I%20had%20for%20choosing%20a%20gift%20for%20me%20instead%20of%20my%20college%20boy,%20and%20simply%20made%20my%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDue%20diligence%20for%20this%20review%20sent%20me%20to%20the%20B.R.%20Cohn%20site%20to%20check%20prices,%20and%20a%20little%20research%20showed%20ClubsGalore%20indeed%20brought%20a%20special%20and%20quality%20product%20in%20addition%20to%20a%20fair%20price.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20here's%20a%20big%20hint%20to%20my%20family...%20just%20FYI,%20Mother's%20Day,%20is%20right%20around%20the%20corner.%20%20I%20really,%20really%20enjoyed%20the%20one%20month%20gift%20I%20received%20of%20the%20Olive%20Oil%20and%20Vinegar%20Club.%20%20I'm%20fairly%20certain%20the%20bottles%20will%20be%20empty%20within%20then%20next%20few%20weeks%20and%20just%20so%20you%20know,%20a%20monthly%20box%20with%20more%20oils%20and%20vinegars%20would%20be%20such%20a%20wonderful%20surprise!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20what%20would%20a%20mom%20do%20with%20a%20delightfully%20infused%20bottle%20of%20olive%20oil%20and%20special%20bottle%20of%20vinegar?%20%20She%20might%20brush%20it%20over%20artichokes%20just%20before%20grilling%20and%20make%20a%20lovely%20vinaigrette,%20or%20she%20might%20use%20it%20in%20a%20special%20Pesto%20Pasta%20Salad%20she's%20making%20for%20her%20own%20mom%20for%20Mother's%20Day.%20%20Either%20way,%20I%20know%20she'll%20appreciate%20the%20monthly%20doorstep%20surprise,%20and%20you%20just%20might%20become%20her%20favorite%20child.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPesto%20Pasta%20Salad%20with%20Sundried%20Tomatoes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMade%20special%20with%20a%20drizzle%20of%20the%20Garlic%20Infused%20Olive%20Oil%20I%20receive%20in%20the%20ClubsGalore%20gift,%20this%20salad%20transports%20easily%20making%20it%20a%20perfect%20potluck%20dish.%20%20Made%20with%20our%20DIY%20Pesto,%20or%20a%20jar%20of%20store%20bought,%20this%20salad%20is%20a%20favorite%20with%20kids%20and%20adults%20alike.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrepare%20pasta%20according%20to%20directions.%20%20Drain%20and%20rinse%20and%20place%20into%20a%20large%20bowl.%20%20Add%20the%20prepared%20pesto%20(we%20made%20our%20own)%20and%20toss.%20%20Add%20the%20sundried%20tomatoes%20and%20toss%20again%20to%20distribute.%20%20Taste,%20and%20add%20salt%20and%20pepper%20to%20taste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPasta%20may%20be%20served%20warm%20or%20chilled.%20%20If%20not%20serving%20right%20away,%20freshen%20the%20pasta%20with%20a%20drizzle%20of%20the%20garlic%20olive%20oil%20and%20toss%20again.%20%20T
