Receta Peter Pan Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 T granulated sugar
- 1 scant teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, canned
- Deep fat for frying
- Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Resift flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt together. Add in egg, lowfat milk and corn and stir till well blended. Bring deep fat to 350 degrees and then drop batter into fat by the tsp. Fry till golden, turning once to cook evenly. Drain fritters on paper. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 16 fritters.
