Ingredients: 1/2 x Canola oil; 1/2 c. Applesauce; 3 x Carrots, finely grated; 1 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 1/4 c. Honey; 1 tsp Vanilla; 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten; 2 tsp Baking soda; 2 c. All-purpose flour; 2 tsp Cinnamon; Powdered sugar

Ingredientes

1/2 x Canola oil
1/2 c. Applesauce
3 x Carrots, finely grated
1Â 1/4 c. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp Baking soda
2 c. All-purpose flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
Â Â Powdered sugar

Direcciones

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine well. Add in the soda, flour and cinnamon and mix till well combined. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray and fill each muffin c. about 3/4's full. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Remove muffins from tins while still hot. When cold, sprinkle muffins with powdered sugar.
