Ingredientes
- 6 or possibly 7 pts. beets, boil and peeled
- 2 c. water, from beets
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pickling spices
Direcciones
- Make syrup of water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Place spices in a bag, bring to boil and cook for 5 min. Put beets in jars, pour syrup over beets and seal jars.
