Receta Picnic Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. cut up chicken (fryer or possibly breast)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 1. Mix flour, chip and paprika.
- 2. Dip chicken in butter and roll in mix.
- 3. Lay pcs skin side down on greased dish.
- 4. Sprinkle with crumbs.
- 5. Bake at 375 degrees till done, about 1 hour.
