  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 loaf French or possibly Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 c. sliced black olives

Direcciones

  1. In medium skillet, cook grnd beef and onion till beef is brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and oregano. Place each loaf half, crust side down, on pcs of foil large sufficient to wrap up sandwich.
  2. Spread 1/2 meat mix on each loaf. Sprinkle each loaf with cheese and olives. Wrap up foil, folding to seal. Heat over low coals 15 min, or possibly till heated through. Or possibly heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 min.
