Receta Picnic Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 10 lbs. potatoes
- 7 or possibly 8 hard boiled Large eggs (minced)
- 2 c. dill relish
- 1 c. sweet relish
- 2 c. salad olives (minced)
- 2 c. finely minced onions
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1 c. finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 pts. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. yellow mustard
- Salt to taste
- Warm sauce (Louisiana) to taste
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes in their jackets. Let cold, then peel and chop in large chunks. Mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Louisiana warm sauce and salt together. Add in to potatoes, along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
