Ingredientes
- 10 x roma tomatoes minced
- 3/4 x purple onions minced
- 3 x jalapeno minced
- 1/2 bn cilantro minced
- 3 x cloves garlic minced
- Â Â dash black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- Â Â cucumber optional
- Â Â green pepper optional
Direcciones
- I use roma tomatoes, purple onion, jalepenos, cilantro, & garlic. It's a painw/o a food processor because you want the pcs very small. I use about 10tomatoes, 3/4 to whole onion, 3-5 jalepenos, 1/2 bunch cilantro & 3-4 clovesgarlic. A dash of black pepper & some cider vinegar (about 2 Tablespoons). Let marinate overnight. seeded cucumbers & green bell pepper can be used also.
