Receta Pina Colada Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 can Bacardi Pina Colada drink mix, thawed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream Crisco, sugar and large eggs together. Sift flour, salt and baking pwdr together and add in to creamed mix, along with lowfat milk, vanilla and 1/2 can of Pina Colada drink mix. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Remove cake from oven when done and pour remaining drink mix into crevices of cake.
