Receta Pina Colada Sherbet
Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh pineapple or possibly 2 inch chunks (half of a 4 pound pineapple)
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Simple Syrup
- 1/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
Direcciones
- Place pineapple in food processor. Whirl till pureed. Add in buttermilk, syrup, coconut, and lime juice. Whirl till blended.
- Pour mix into ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack into freezer container. Freeze till hard, at least 4 hrs.
