- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Liquid from 16 ounce. pineapple
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 4 c. or possibly 32 ounce. cut beets, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and salt; add in pineapple juice, water, and vinegar. Cook till sauce thickens. Stir constantly. Add in beets and pineapple. Serve warm or possibly cool. Delicious with pork or possibly fowl.
