Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 lrg fresh pineapple, peeled
- Â Â Vanilla ice cream
- Â Â Blueberry Sauce (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, stir sugar, honey and cinnamon. Cut pineapple into 8 spears, and brush with sugar mix.
- Grill, with lid down, over medium heat for 3 min on each side. Cut pineapple spears in half, and serve with ice cream and sauce.
- Blueberry Sauce2 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, thawed 1/3 c. granulated sugar1 Tbsp. honey1/8 tsp. grnd cinnamon1/8 tsp. grnd nutmeg
- Bring blueberries, sugar, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg to a boil in a saucepan over high heat; reduce heat, simmer 10 min. Cold. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
