Receta Pineapple Beef Stir Fry With Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger,
- 1 Tbsp. soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Green chiles , minced
- 20 ounce Pineapple chunks
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
- 3/4 lb Round steak, sliced
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Green beans
- 1 x Sweet red pepper, sliced
- 2 x Scallions, minced
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1 c. chunks, 1/2 c. juice. Combine 1/2 c. pineapple juice, ginger, soy, cilantro and meat in bowl.
- Cover bowl, marinate for 15 minutes. Heat oil in skillet, add in garlic, saute/fry 30 seconds. Remove meat from marinade, add in to skillet, stir fry till cooked through. Remove meat. Mix together remaining marinade and cornstarch in bowl. Add in beans, pepper, chiles and marinade mix to skillet, stir fry till vegetables are tender and mix is thickened. Stir in 1 c. pineapple chunks, scallions, meat, heat through.
