Receta Pineapple - mango smoothie
Smooth, exotic drink ideal for hot summer days.
Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple, cleaned, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup mango, cleaned, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbs honey
- Lemon balm leaves, chopped
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Chill before serving.
- Easy suggestion: to make the smoothie really cold, add crushed ice (to make crushed ice just place your ice cubes in a plastic bag and crush the ice with a heavy object).
